2. Services

MindGear provides Smart AI device installations, custom configurations, and ongoing support. You may schedule services via our site or by contacting us. You may request schedule changes at least 48 hours before the service date. If you cancel a scheduled service at least 72 hours before the appointment, you will be eligible for a full reimbursement of fees paid. Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% fee deduction. Services involving on-site calibration or workshop sessions have no fee adjustments once technicians are deployed, as specialized resources are allocated immediately upon confirmation.

3. Digital Products

Our digital offerings include user guides, software templates, and e-learning materials for Smart AI devices. All digital products are downloadable upon purchase. Due to the immediate-access nature, digital products are not eligible for reimbursement unless there is a proven defect or failure to deliver. In such cases, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request assessment and appropriate resolution.

4. Physical Products

MindGear sells Smart AI devices and related accessories. You may send back defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or reimbursement. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, we will process the reimbursement within 7 days. For non-defective items sent back, a handling fee of 15% applies. Shipping charges are not reimbursable, except in cases of shipping errors by MindGear.

5. Reimbursement Methods

Reimbursements are issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, but typically complete within 5–10 business days.

6. Changes to Terms

MindGear reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post updates on this page with an updated date. Continued use of MindGear services or products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
